All dogs in Moundville need to have a current rabies vaccination and have an annual license.

Individual dog licenses for intact male or female is $8.00.

A neutered or spayed dog license is $3.00.

A multiple dog license may be requested for between 5-12 dogs. The cost is $35.00.

If owning 5 or more dogs that are at least 5 months old you are required to contact the Marquette County Health Department at (608) 297-3135.

If licensing after April 1 the late fee is $5.00 per dog and after April 15 the late fee increases to $15.00 per dog.
